We are seeking a Equipment Operator for our crew. As the Equipment Operator, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the city. This is a full time position that begins mid- April. Working hours are 40-50 hours per week with some weekends and overtime work required. Overnight positions are available and required Sunday through Thursday for first part of the season. This is a great opportunity for seasoned operators to gain valuable skill sets.

Job Summary
Our Equipment Operators utilize our specialized equipment and apply materials on pavement surfaces in order to provide maximum value for our clients' pavement assets.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Responsible for smaller projects, start to finish while maintaining a good working relationship with customers
- Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
- Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
- Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
- Additional tasks as required
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
- A Saskatchewan driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
- A valid G endorsement license (3A or 1A also eligible)
- Ability to work night shift
- Knowledge of pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and vehicles
- Arrives to work ready and organized
- You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
- You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs ( occasionally)
- A desire to learn and exceed expectations
Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
